INDIANAPOLIS | The National Weather Service forecast for Indianapolis shows the more meaningful weekend rain chance focused on Sunday, with showers and thunderstorms likely before the afternoon and additional scattered storms possible later.
The forecast calls for a Sunday high near 79 and an 80 percent precipitation chance. Rainfall amounts should generally stay light, though thunderstorms can locally produce higher totals.
